It's been a good year for the #PulpRev crowd.
In addition to the publication of our own Sampler, many of us published novels, and smaller works, throughout the year. We've gotten noticed by key people in the scene, made allies with the Superversives, Noblebrights, etc. who are coming at the same problem from one of many complimentary angles, and we've contributed to the rise of the Dragon Awards to supersede the Hugos in terms of an award that actually matters.
But we're not resting on our laurels going into 2018. Our look into the works of our predecessors, and the practices that allowed them to become such dominant figures in the popular culture of yesteryear--with influences reaching the present day--have many of us looking to take up that can-do hustle and apply it to our current circumstances. The Shadow didn't take a day off, and neither do we.
I'l go into what my plans for 2018 are at Walker's Study this Sunday, and the rest of us will disclose what we wish presently as each of us deems prudent to do so, but you can expect more frequent posting here from us in the year to come. PulpRev, as each of us develops our acumen and catalog, will become more and more important as a destination for everyone concerned. You won't want to miss out.
